This family portrait process started in 2018 has been finished this year, due to a series of deadlines that had to be introduced in my work programme. I am deeply grateful for the family\u2019s understanding and their appreciation of the work involved.<\/p>\n
The painting involves a high level of complexity: the ten members (three generations) of the family are portrayed on a right-angled divided relief structure and in the background, there is a (virtual) landscape painting also on a relief structure without a single right angle in its composition. Notice the confluences between the two multiverses. I find this interference stimulating and exciting.<\/p>\n
Many years ago, I was deeply impressed by a remark in an interview with Stephen Hawking; he said: \u201cThe universe needs us to be observed\u201d.<\/strong> This is a hardcore natural scientist transcending the borders of spirituality and religion!
